As a boy, he was highly involved in music and joined “DoWop”, a boy band of 5 harmonizing hunks. After their one hit, "Layers of Love," Tony grew concerned that his music wasn't manly enough, which led to his rebellion. He was eventually kicked out of the band for his constant refusal to wear a shirt. He took to the gym to work out his boy band woes and started competing in the World's Strong Dude competition. He won 3 years in a row! He’s still invested in competitive strength training. Today, you can find him pulling busses up and down the streets of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
